ISLAMABAD: There will be no SC bench available today (Thursday) at the principal seat of Islamabad and cases fixed for a two-member bench comprising acting Chief Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Athar Minallah have been de-listed.
According to a notification issued by the registrar Supreme Court, all related law officers, advocates general, prosecutors as well as the advocate on record and litigants were informed that the final cause list and supplementary cause list on December 28, before Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Athar Minallah have been delisted due to non-availability of the said bench.
