Kandi Burruss was on the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ for 14 seasons

Kandi Burruss is suffering from graduation goggles as she exits the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

After 14 seasons on the hit Bravo show, Burruss, 47, seemingly didn’t want to shut the door on RHOA completely as she told People’s Choice 2024 green carpet host Laverne Cox that her eventual return isn’t totally out of the question.

“I have a lot of love for my Bravo family, so there are other things I will be a part of going forward,” she said.

Elsewhere in the interview, she admitted about her castmates, “We built something together.”

The actress – who was nominated best reality star – added, “I mean, I don’t want to say never. Never say never, right?”

However, she further clarified that she doesn’t “see [her return] in [her] near future,” explaining, “Right now I just have a lot of things that I’m going after.”

Of her nomination for the award – which was ultimately snagged by Kim Kardashian – Burruss reflected, “This is kind of crazy but cool that my last year I said I was going to be a Real Housewife, I’m nominated as best reality star. So I guess that’s a great way to go out.”

Burruss’ words come just two weeks after she announced that she’s “not coming back this year” for RHOA.

“It’s been 14 seasons, and they allowed us to sit around for a little too long,” she revealed to Variety at the 2024 Grammys.

She continued, “But during that time, I had started working on a lot of other things, and I got some nice big projects coming soon, so I’m super excited about those things.”
