Hours after the Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement was announced, a “relentless” Israeli bombardment on Gaza killed more than 70 Palestinians, according to Gaza’s Civil Defense. The three-phase agreement, which is set to begin on Sunday, entails a pause on fighting in the enclave along with the release of Israeli hostages and Palestinian prisoners.
