The U.S. should stop fabricating lies about China and avoid making provocations or creating troubles, said Wu Qian, spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of National Defense, at a press conference on Thursday.
Wu made the remarks in response to a media query regarding U.S. Secretary of Defense’s claim that China’s “coercive activities” in the South China Sea, the violence in Myanmar and the Ukraine crisis are major security challenges in the world today at the recent ASEAN Defense Ministers’ Meeting Plus.
