DPRK leader Kim Jong Un announced that the country is implementing a nuclear force construction policy to increase its number of nuclear weapons “exponentially,” according to state media KCNA on Tuesday.
Kim Jong Un emphasized the need for a strong military to counter threats from the U.S. and its allies. The speech was delivered on September 9 to mark the anniversary of DPRK’s founding.
