State Secretary of the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andzejs Vilumsons has praised China’s efforts in helping countries in Africa and Asia. “We see China as a country that can drive world development. Latvia is developing more active economic and trade cooperation with many Asian countries, including China, and many of China’s practices are worth learning from,” he said in an interview with CGTN.
