As the world faces accelerating changes in a complex and turbulent international landscape, this year’s Munich Security Conference shines a spotlight on the growing trend of “multipolarization.” At the same time, there are concerns about the potential return of the “law of the jungle,” where might makes right. What kind of a multipolar world are we moving toward? How can we navigate this shift in a fair and orderly way? And what role will major powers play in a multipolar world?
