New footage reveals Asian teen was shot by U.S. police despite hands up

Newly-released footage shows a teenager with his hands up when police opened fire in Pennsylvania last year. Viewer discretion is advised. 19-year-old Christian Hall was suffering from a mental crisis and holding a gun when he was shot and killed by police after a nearly two-hour standoff. Officers had responded to reports of a suicidal man on a bridge and tried to persuade him to get down.
