In this video, Anuja and her friend make a grave mistake while conducting a census. They visit a house where an old woman (Amma), her two sons, and her daughter-in-law live. During their questioning, Amma makes an odd comment that one of her sons is on a “five-year fast,” which puzzles Anuja. When she inquires about the daughter-in-law, who was pregnant during their last visit, and asks, “How is the baby?”, fear visibly spreads across the faces of the family members. Amma solemnly responds that the baby died two weeks ago. Anuja is stunned, especially because the daughter-in-law had earlier mentioned that her babies always die shortly after birth.
As the rain intensifies, Amma insists they stay the night. This decision turns out to be a horrifying mistake. The family starts behaving strangely, and the daughter-in-law’s actions become increasingly terrifying. The rain doesn’t stop, and Amma advises them to leave in the morning.
