The South has found a true friend in China, says former foreign minister of Grenada

Former Foreign Minister of Grenada Charles Peter David gave a speech at the first China-Latin America and Caribbean States Roundtable on Human Rights in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Tuesday, saying that China’s policy of peace and development provides the best basis for the consolidation and development of international human rights. He further stressed that “the South has found a true friend” and Grenada’s regional and bilateral partnership with China exemplifies a shared vision for a better world.
