Fan Zhou 8, the world’s largest self-propelled deck vessel by carrying capacity, has returned home after successfully completing its sea trials. Built by China’s Taizhou Zhonghang Shipbuilding, the vessel is capable of transporting a wide range of cargo, including offshore oilfield jackets and platform modules, offshore wind power equipment and large vessel steel structures or sections.
