The exhibition “On Top of the Pyramid: The Civilization of Ancient #Egypt” opened to the public on July 19 in #Shanghai. The largest of its kind held outside Egypt over the past two decades, the exhibition is co-hosted by the Shanghai Museum and the Supreme Council of Antiquities of Egypt. The exhibition is showcasing a total of 788 precious artifacts from Egypt, with over 95 percent of them being exhibited for the first time in Asia, along with ancient Chinese artifacts.
